Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. We apologize for any inconvenience.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Free shipping is offered on all orders above $100 within the US, not including sales tax
Shipping Charges are based on package weight and delivery location. We cannot deliver shipments to P.O. Boxes or military installations.
Business Days: Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States, as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
PAYMENT METHODS
Luvih Inc. accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa as forms of payment. At this time, we cannot accept any gift cards. All purchases require bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized orders will be processed and shipped.
SALES TAX
All orders will be subject to sales tax, applicable in accordance with the tax code of the state and city to which the order will be shipped. Tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation e-mail and packing slip.
DAMAGED OR MISSING PRODUCTS
If your package is damaged by the carrier during shipment save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately at inquiries@luvihusa.com
